All of the documents are provided individually or through a Foundation Will PlanTM or Foundation Trust PlanTM, which are two separate packages that include multiple documents commonly needed by all clients. Mr. Connor also provides services in the area of trust administration for a separate annual fee.

Initial estate planning consultations are provided free of charge for referral clients. A minimal consultation fee is required for clients who were not referred.

• Litigation services are provided when necessary through an independent attorney referred by The Connor Law firm
• Tax services are provided when necessary through an independent tax advisor or in conjunction with the client's current advisor

Mr. Connor has represented businesses in software, computer peripheral sales, real estate (commercial and residential), high end automobile tuning facilities, commercial truck manufacturing, landscaping, contractor leasing, retail stores, dance studios, and other service and product industries.

The Connor Law firm also provides probate representation for former clients and new clients of the firm. "Probate" takes place when a person dies and their estate needs to be processed through the court, whether a will existed or not. The services provided in the area of probate include:

• Preparation of the appropriate application for probate, which may include an Application to Probate a Will and for Letters Testamentary, an Application to Determine Heirship, an Application to Probate Will as Muniment of Title or other filing
• Filing applications with the Probate Court or County Court and representation of the applicant throughout the probate process
• Professional guidance regarding transfer of assets upon death
